Approximately 100 sqm of commercial kitchen, cool room, and storage flooring at Mount Colah. Scope included removal of existing vinyl, substrate preparation, epoxy–sand coving, polyurea-cement build (6 mm) over vinyl and timber areas, and epoxy sand mortar falls to drain (1:100) for wet zones.

Epoxy flooring installed across lift lobby and corridor areas on six levels of the Landmark building in St Leonards. Hard-wearing, easy-clean finish suited to high foot traffic in commercial circulation zones.

Existing concrete ramp with a high fall required structural make-good and a finish that could be returned to full use quickly. Local concrete repair and reprofiling were completed to address defects and transitions, then a rapid-cure MMA/PMMA resin system was installed with profiling suited to a steep slope and wet-foot traffic. The programme was compressed so the ramp was back in service within one day, avoiding extended closure of the access route.

Main kitchen floor at a retirement home upgraded using rapid-cure MMA/PMMA resin so residents and catering could return with minimal disruption. Works were sequenced in a single overnight window: substrate preparation, system build-up, and anti-slip finish to suit a busy commercial kitchen environment. The fast-cure chemistry allowed the space to be handed back for morning service without extended closure.
