Installed at approximately 7 mm thick, the system delivers a fully trafficable floor in as little as one hour, even at ambient temperatures as low as -20 °C.
MMA/PMMA combines exceptional chemical and thermal resistance with ultra-fast cure chemistry, making it possible to install during overnight windows, between shifts, or over a single weekend. The cured system handles continuous thermal cycling from -40 °C to +100 °C, resists organic acids, fats, and CIP agents, and provides a dense, seamless surface with anti-slip profiling for wet process areas.
The system is UV stable, puncture resistant, and chemically resistant with an infinite recoat window, meaning future repairs and maintenance coats bond permanently without the preparation issues common with polyurethane alternatives. Over a 20-year lifecycle, MMA/PMMA systems deliver significantly lower total cost of ownership compared to traditional PU membrane systems.
